The Deluxe Double Room felt spacious for the family, and the rooms had a flat-screen TV which was nice for relaxing after a day out. The location is convenient for accessing local attractions and there’s a peaceful vibe, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was an issue. The towels were definitely dirty, and I noticed cigarette holes in the blankets. The first room reeked of cigarette smoke and even had tiles missing in the shower. Switching rooms didn’t help much. the second room had a chair with a screw sticking up, making it uncomfortable to sit. It also took a while to check in because the rooms weren’t ready despite the promised check-in time. I also faced overcharging with unexpected fees for deposits that weren’t mentioned upfront. Overall, I found the amenities lacking and the upkeep needs serious attention.
